薩比克尋求成為伊拉克內(nèi)布拉斯石化項(xiàng)目伙伴
中國(guó)石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)路透社2月27日柏林報(bào)道，伊拉克政府總理阿巴迪的一名顧問(wèn)27日在柏林說(shuō)，世界第四大石化公司沙特基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)公司（薩比克）時(shí)下正在就成為伊拉克內(nèi)布拉斯石化項(xiàng)目的一個(gè)合作伙伴一事與伊拉克有關(guān)方面進(jìn)行談判。
阿巴迪總理的顧問(wèn)賈瓦德·哈桑是在出席在柏林舉行的CWC伊拉克石油會(huì)議期間對(duì)采訪他的路透社記者發(fā)表上述講話(huà)的。他說(shuō)，沙特阿拉伯和伊拉克之間就這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的談判已進(jìn)入最后的部長(zhǎng)級(jí)水平。
哈桑說(shuō)，薩比克將作為第四個(gè)合作伙伴進(jìn)入內(nèi)布拉斯石化項(xiàng)目。另外3個(gè)合作伙伴分別是殼牌公司、伊拉克石油部和伊拉克農(nóng)業(yè)部。
薩比克在去年年底曾計(jì)劃在伊拉克開(kāi)設(shè)一個(gè)辦事處。
目前，內(nèi)布拉斯石化項(xiàng)目仍處于前FEED（前端工程設(shè)計(jì)）階段。

Saudi's SABIC in talks to join Shell in Iraq's Nebras petchem project
Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC), the world’s fourth-biggest petrochemicals company, is in talks to become a partner in Iraq’s Nebras petrochemical project, an advisor to Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said.
Kadhim Mohammed Jawad Hassan told Reuters on the sidelines of CWC’s Iraq Petroleum Conference in Berlin that talks between Saudi Arabia and Iraq on the project are advanced and at the ministerial level.
He said SABIC would enter as a fourth partner with Royal Dutch Shell, and the Iraqi oil and agriculture ministries.
SABIC was planning to open an office in Iraq late last year.
The Nebras project is still in the pre-FEED (front-end engineering design) stage.
